The Understudy immediately becomes hostile towards her and Kate's nighttime rehearsals become fraught with paranoia. Gifts begin appearing at Kate's dorm and even an innocent box of chocolates seems like sabotage. But is this really her understudy's doing or is Kate overreacting? Technical Specs Shot on 16mm film with an electric Bolex camera. The picture was edited by hand on a 16mm flatbed Steinbeck and the sound was mixed digitally then transferred to mag tape and edited by hand.
